THE DENT DOCTOR FRANCHISE STRUCTURE
DENT DOCTOR offers Franchise opportunities to motivated and committed entrepeneurs throughout Africa and beyond. The DENT DOCTOR Franchise was established to expand the network of DENT DOCTOR outlets to satisfy the consumer demands for our services.
DENT DOCTOR Franchisees are area based and are established owner management auto body repair outlets, specializing in both minor and major repairs. The Franchisee operates their branch independently without “dictatorship” from the Franchisor. As such, the Franchisor does not claim a percentage of profits and/or turnover as done in other Franchise businesses but only charges a once off Franchise Establishment Fee and a flat monthly Branding Fee, which varies between the branches and is area dependant for usage of the Brand.
The DENT DOCTOR Franchise structure is based on Grading Levels 1-3, each defined by the level of service offered to the customer, equipment levels and by different investment structures for the entrepreneur to consider, as follows:
Level 1: Workshop for Minor, Non-structural and PDR repairs
Level 2: Workshop for Advanced Structure and PDR repairs
Level 3: Workshop for Major Structure Repairs and PDR Repairs
The investment requirement for the above ranges between R750 000 and R2 million which includes working capital and the franchise fee. Each new franchise is established according to a specific business plan taking unique factors into account.
DENT DOCTOR does offer training and support to its Franchisees when requested and ensures that all outlets adhere to the high standard that consumers have become accustomed to when entering an outlet together with service and workmanship levels.
The Dent Doctor Franchise is ideally suited for existing auto body repair outlets and/or panel beaters that are wanting to either upgrade their existing business or convert to a well known, recognized and respected consumer brand. With this renewed Dent Doctor branding, outlets have seen positive growth and this has enhanced their existing business.
